  • are having trouble walking
  • are experiencing memory loss
  • have unexplained changes in weight
  • have trouble understanding their medications
  • experience unexplained sadness, personality or behavior changes
  • experience an increase in urinary accidents
  • have frequent emergency room visits and/or hospitalizations.
